EuroSkills is the European championship for skills, an international competition that brings together the best young professionals aged 16 to 25 (up to 26 in some categories) from more than 30 countries.

Organised every two years by WorldSkills Europe, EuroSkills represents a key platform for skills and for educational and professional pathways across Europe. Participants take part in complex practical challenges that reflect real working environments and require technical excellence, precision, and efficiency.

Qualification for EuroSkills takes place through a national competition. The winners of this selection become part of the national team and participate in the European event under the official name WorldSkills Italy.

EuroSkills is more than a competition: it offers a comprehensive learning and development experience, supports the growth of both personal and professional skills, and contributes to shaping future career paths.

EuroSkills 2027 Düsseldorf

The next edition of EuroSkills will take place in Düsseldorf (Germany) from 22 to 26 September 2027. The event will bring together Europe’s best young professionals in a competition that celebrates excellence in vocational skills and promotes vocational education and training across Europe.

The previous edition took place in Herning (Denmark) in 2025.

The Italian national selections for EuroSkills Düsseldorf 2027 will take place from 14 to 15 October 2026 in Turin. During these selections, the competitors who will represent Italy at the European Skills Championships will be chosen.
